Summer House Refurbishment - Whitchurch on Thames
Summer House refurbishment completed in Whitchurch for one of our favourite regular customers. The building was in need of some serious attention and now it's a standout feature of the garden and a welcoming space for multiple uses.

Garage conversion, Tilehurst
Our clients were looking to turn their unused detached garage into an office to make working from home more comfortable. We started by removing the roof and increasing the height of the blockwork to make room for floor insulation whilst giving enough head height inside. As well as the floor, we also insulated and plasterboarded the walls and ceiling to make sure the new space was as energy efficient as possible. During this part of the process we blocked up the old entrance and created new openings for the double doors and window, and ran cabling for the sockets and lights. We then removed the pebbledash render and once the new flat roof was on we plastered inside and added a smooth render externally. The project was finished off by decorating inside and out, laying laminate flooring with skirting board and fitting sockets, lights inside and out with a new consumer unit.

We removed the old conservatory and built up the brick wall so the new kitchen units and worktop could be extended after we knocked out the internal kitchen window and wall.
Big thanks to Cwg home improvements who supplied and installed the new conservatory with a warm roof system making the new room nice and cosy.
We then installed a new kitchen with high gloss handleless doors and finished it all off with herringbone laminate flooring.
